She's Baaaack~ [Open]

Here she was again.... After the ever-so-fun mission that had sent her home for a year or two, she was back at Beata. Even in her uniform and all, it still felt strange to be back. Man, had she missed a lot.

It never ceased to take her breath away. Beata was a gorgeous place, and that was something she sure as hell agreed to. The long-gone Spring made her way towards the entrance for the second time, this time to alert the staff about the fact that she was back, and to get her dorm key again. Looking down towards her arms, she sighed. The precious rabbit that was curled up in them stole most of her attention, and with that, it seemed like more then once she stumbled over a loose brick, or just her own feet in general.

Which, didn't help her much. Keeping Oreo, her bunny, in her arms, she had failed to notice the student in front of her, and whoops. She had bumped right over them, practically tripping over them. "Oh my god... I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" Quickly standing up, she extended her hand out to the student who she had bumped into. Alert also flashed in the girls' eyes when she looked around for her pet, whom she had dropped, but she was relieved to find that he was about a yard away, and she could easily grab him... But at the moment she was focused on the student she had completely and just about butchered.

Vincent wasn't exactly paying attention to where he was going either. He was walking around the campus trying to memorize the area, now that he was going to be staying. He had called his mother not to long ago about what he had discovered, and of course he had gotten yelled at, and called the same names as Mason had been. The brothers weren't monsters.. The women they considered a mother was. It was then that he felt the contact of another student and fell on the ground. "It's fine, I'm fine." Vincent answered to her question, and stood up on his own. Since he just had recently discovered his gift, and din't really have control over he didn't want to touch someone and then randomly catch fire. He was probably gonna be caught in a conversation with the girl so might as well start one. "The name is Vincent." He said to her.

The girl withdrew her hand when he got up on his own, and she stepped off to the side to grab the speckled bunny. Letting the rabbit take it's spot on her shoulder, she chuckled before turning back to him. Man, she was distracted. "I'm Kigenami, nice to meet you, Vincent... I'm really sorry for bumping into you though. I'm just distracted by Oreo here." Man, she really sucked at coming back to this place. Bumping into a newer student? Gah, she failed miserably. "Have you been at Beata long?" Since it had been over a year since the last time she had been at Beata, she had no idea if any of the rules had changed... If there still were uniforms, all that good stuff. She really needed to catch up.... If only she had any friends that had gone to Beata, it would have been so much easier.

"No, I had just gotten here the other day to visit my brother when my hand randomly sat on fire. I just settled in not to long ago. I'm just trying to get a grasp of the layout of the campus." The bunny didn't really interest him. He didn't care for animals like Mason did. Vincent was more people oriented, while Mason was more animal oriented. Well what he used to know Mason as. "I assume you aren't a new student from you uniform that you are already wearing." Vincent observed, "It also suits a pretty girl like you." Vincent said with a small smile. He was just saying some harmless compliments. Never knew when it could make somone's day

Kigenami shook her head in response to Vincent's observation, all the while she had a soft, welcoming smile on her face. "Pyrokinesis? Wow... That's a rare gift." She had already known what Vincent had been talking about as soon as he said it. What could she say? Books and smarts were just her thing. "Yeah... I had to leave for about a year due to an incident... But I'm finally back." Listening to his compliment, Kigenami couldn't help but blush. "O-Oh, thank you."

"That is nice that you are back now. And I didn't even know I had it until a bit ago. But it's kinda cool. I can't really control it. I don't really know how to use it. Vincent said, keeping his smile. Vincent was smart too, sometimes he ignored his intelligence... sometimes? Most of the time..

Kigenami paused at his words, thinking thoughtfully. "Perhaps... I could help?" Remembering what one of the teachers had said about her gift, she tilted her head. "You do know, that it just takes a good amount of will to allow your gift to be used? Mine... It's more complicated, but yours it shouldn't be too hard... Try it though."

Vincent listened to her advice. It takes a lot of will power huh? The one time he did it he just remembered be angry at his mother, and then his hand was on fire. Vincent closed his eyes and focused on creating a fire in the palm of his hands. After a moment a silence, he felt the small warmth of something on his skin. Vincent opened his gray eyes and smiled once he saw a small candle like flame in the palm of his hand. It was pretty amazing to do something like that. "I did it." He said with a happy tone. He closed his fist putting out the fire. He didn't want to attempt to make it bigger. He was afraid he would lose control.
