About the Training Rooms

Several rooms filled with dummies, targets, punching bags, steel beams, blunted weapons, and other objects to help students hone their gift and skill with a weapon. Some contain exercise equipment as well; racks, benches, weights, treadmills, pull-up bars, mats, and anything else you would hope to find.
