KEWAUNEE CITY FOR ACADEMIA

It is 2060. A train arrives over a lake to the backdrop of a pristine white city, fastened to a monorail that towers over Lake Michigan. The city, 20 years in development, is ready to open for its first residents: gifted. They are its prominent reasoning, after all. After bands of gifted began to make themselves clear to the public through terrorist and criminal acts, the government responded by proposing a city. A place to contain them until they are trained to be civil. And the taxpayers ate it up, figuring it would be better to spend exorbitant amounts of money then as opposed to dying later. A train arrives over a lake, and 500 more follow in its wake. 80,000 alleged gifted have been found throughout the North American continent and were forced to go to the city. It was about to be filled pretty quickly.

A train passes a large billboard sign rooted in the water like a tree to soil. 'WELCOME TO KAWAUNEE CITY FOR ACADEMIA.' Helicopters buzz over the buildings of the city. The whole world is watching. It approaches the station overlooking the rocky shore.

Have a Beata 3.0 character you hate that you'll never use? Afraid you'll fuck up canon if you use them in anything else? Kewaunee is an alternate universe, a future universe where selected gifted have revealed themselves to the country and now face 4 to 13 years in Kewaunee City for Academia. Even adults are required to go, and every gifted above the age of 5. This is so all gifted may be assuredly in the peak of their behavior and understanding of their powers.

It's a prison off the shores of Lake Michigan.

The Alt RP will take place on May 14, 2060. On this day, all gifted were forced to meet in Chicago, where a special monorail would take them in hordes to their new permanent home. The hordes are separated into age groups, for better organization into new dormitories, so children will be with children, teenagers with teenagers, and adults with adults, regardless of families.

The areas will be provided in the RP, but it's just so things don't get confusing and stuff. You may need to use these multiple times if you are using multiple characters.
In the roleplay, you may jump in at any time, regardless if you're late or not.
The roleplay will not have a post order, but spammers will be subject to be kicked.
Characters between two gifted can only be approved if the RPers of both parents agree to the child. This is to prevent paradoxes where there are multiple children of a spiderweb of couples. We don't want too many bastards running around that seem nonsensical.
I will be the gamemaster. Settings and plot points cannot move forward without me saying so.
You are free to use your own current Beata characters, since they are gifted adults.
