A soft tune, hummed quietly to herself, could be heard nearby if you listened closely. Who went out this far into the forest just for a walk? You could easily get lost if you walked on too much. The paths became tangled, twisted, and it was hard to find your way back once you left. Maybe you'd go this far out to train, to get some privacy...But for a simple stroll? It was idiotic to come all the way out here for such a reason. It took long enough to get this far, so imagine how long it must be to find your way back...
Yet here a young girl wandered, short black hair bouncing against her shoulders as she skipped down the seemingly endless path. She hummed a gentle tune, not very loud, but you'd be able to hear it if you listened closely from two or three meters away. The girl was just a few months over thirteen years old, and was dressed in a frilly baby blue and white dress, like you'd see on an old antique doll. She was alone. Was anyone possibly out this far? Anywhere near her?
Rei twirled in a circle, giggling quietly before continuing to hum her little tune. She was somewhat happy, since there was no reason to be upset. Not much reason to be happy either, other than the fact that she was having fun listening to birdsong as she explored the nice forest that Beata had around it. Humming her favorite childhood tune: Toreador March or Les Toreador. It had several names nowadays.
She arrived at a clearing, soon enough, and paused. The clearing was wide, grassy, with flowers dotting it here and there. It was surrounded by trees. The Spring walked calmly forward, looking around at the scenery with a look of curiosity on her face. However, her expression transitioned back to it's usual blank, emotionless look when she heard footsteps behind her, and she slowly turned, searching for the guilty party.
