A Letter [Closed]

Keira frowned. It seemed like a nice offer, but there could have been some bad intentions behind it. She should have went home for christmas to spend time with her mother seeing how her mother was alone, but her mother insisted that her daughter should stay and spend time with her friends. "Are you better now?" She asked hoping he was alright. It was probably still a little effected by it, and probably would be for a bit, but it was a good thing to ask.

Griffin gave her a nod, and loosened his scarf from his neck. He'd never go back if he could. He didn't feel at home there. If Griffin had a choice, he would stay here. In Beata he felt something like a home. And it was more than enough for him. He'd be okay, maybe a bit down for a little bit. But none of the less, maybe something good came out of this. Keira became someone he could trust wholeheartedly. At that thought, Griffin looked away from her eyes and down to the ground. The blood rushed to his cheeks. He was unaware that Keira could feel it. For what seemed like the hundredth time, the blond repeated himself. "Thank you."

Keira could feel it. A slight smirk rose on her face. "There is no need to be flustered, Griffin." She teased slightly. "You don't need to thank me. I'm just being a nice person." She said keeping her smirk. Her hands were growing cold but she didn't mind, she just tucked them further in her pockets. "Anything else you want to rant about?" She asked, just in case there was something else he wanted to get off his chest.
