In the case of Iovita, as of right now she is extremely limited. Currently, she can truly only detect the moods of others. Doing so much as inducing a mood upon another person for her is extremely hard, but when she does, the only true emotion she can project at the current time is happiness. Even then, it’s usually only a very weak sense that lasts for a short time.
As of right now, the only capability she has to a large point is being able to detect feelings, which can easily overwhelm her as she has yet to figure out how to block them out.
