Brief Description of Gifts: Time Manipulation - The ability to manipulate time. The user can manipulate the time in general area or a specific target in various manners, the basics revolving around accelerating, slowing, stopping and even rewinding or looping. The range of area affected is proportional to the mastery of the user, with top levels can affect the entire space and time continuum.
Kyou can only travel through time a small amount of years either way without consequence. Traveling too far back or forward results in intense migraines, dizziness, nosebleeds, and sometimes nausea and fainting. She can freeze time up to two hours, though the longer time is frozen the more likely she is to faint. She cannot rewind time, and has almost mastered slowing time to one quarter it's usual pace.
