The Mirage Master directing the current Summer Tournament at Beata, impressed with the contestants and in need of stable work, is formally hired by Headmaster Nathaniel Wright as a staff member.

Officially he works as an assistant to Simon Parker, the school's defense and combat teacher, but you can often find him in the sport fields, where he's erected a large (if crude) arena, complete with bleachers for spectators. If you want to fight but don't want the injuries, just come to him!

tl;dr make the mirage dude a staff member when the tournament ends, make a "fighting ring/arena" forum, and allow people to mercilessly attempt to murder each other whenever they want without fear of serious maiming or death.
